FireFox Only Error - addNameValuePair is not a function

Postby KStJ » Wed Nov 17, 2010 4:18 pm

Only in FireFox am I receiving this error.

In FireFox, version 3.6.3, I receive a message in FireBug stating:

document.ListenUpRecorder.addNameValuePair is not a function
[x] document.ListenUpRecorder.addNameValuePair("filename", fname);

This stalls the uploading and saving of the sound I have recorded.

The code that is called is:

Code: Select all
var fname = $("#sl_textbox_uploadFileName").attr("value");
...
document.ListenUpRecorder.addNameValuePair("filename", fname);

Any help explaining why this only happens in FF would be appreciated. I've tested in Safari, Chrome, IE and Opera all on a Windows Vista platform and was able to save / upload the sound with this script. I assume there's a javascript engine error that's causing problems but I'm just not sure what to do about it.
